Exchanges/Returns:
If you are not interested in the item you received, you can return it at any of the chain’s branches free of charge, of course. You must come to the branch with the invoice you received by email after purchasing on the site. Please note that only items are returned at the branches. Exchanges, credits and refunds will be made through the company’s offices (in accordance with the policy in the regulations). Return with a courier: 1. If the transaction cost was up to 230 NIS and shipping fees were charged – then the first return will be free via a courier on our behalf who will come to you and collect the product from you. 2. If the transaction cost was over 230 NIS and shipping fees were not charged, then the return via a courier on our behalf will come to you and collect the product from you at a cost of 24 NIS. 3.
